QI GONG
Qi Gong is a Chinese method for cultivating body and mind which is thousands of years old. In Chinese philosophy “Qi” stands for universal life energy. “Gong” means “practicing”, but also “ability” or “skill”. Qi Gong can therefore be translated as “constant work on Qi” or “care and cultivation of Qi”.
STILLNESS
Stillness. The word alone causes me to relax and take a deep breath. In Still Qi Gong there are exercises in which we direct our gentle attention to certain points or places. Just by remaining present there, Qi is allowed to return, settle in and fill these points or places up. This is how healing can happen.
