Delightful Stillness
Coming Home to Yourself
Welcome!
I’m Claudia, Qi Gong teacher and Stillness Coach
Are you looking for a way to feel more relaxed, for a calm nervous system, for a way to bring more peace and ease to your body and mind
Qi Gong & Stillness can help you achieve all this – and more.
In a world that can feel loud, fast-paced and overwhelming, my classes offer an hour of respite from everyday life. Through gentle exercises you will gain simple tools to self-regulate and return to inner peace whenever you need it.
Over time you will feel more grounded, resilient and empowered. You will experience a deeper sense of connection and a feeling of coming home to yourself.
Try it by joining a free trial group class!
Or get in touch if you prefer one-on-one sessions or if you want to bring Qi Gong to your office!
I look forward to hearing from you!

QI GONG
Qi Gong is an ancient Chinese practice for cultivating body and mind, rooted in thousands of years of tradition.
In Chinese philosophy, “Qi” refers to the universal life energy, while „Gong” means practice, ability, or skill.
Qi Gong can therefore be translated as “continuous work with Qi” or “the care and cultivation of life energy.”
STILLNESS
Stillness. The word alone invites us to soften, to slow down, to take a deep breath. In Still Qi Gong, we practice exercises in which we gently place our attention on specific points or areas of the body. Simply by being present there, Qi is allowed to return, to settle, and to fill these spaces once more. This is how healing can begin.
