About Me

I have been passionate about teaching ever since I started working. In the beginning it was languages (English and German), after my training at the music conservatories in Zurich and Winterthur I also taught music at elementary schools. Meanwhile, I concentrate fully on teaching Qi Gong and Stillness.

Long before it entered my life, I intuitively felt that Qi Gong would become important at some point. “Energy work” in various forms such as meditation, Yoga, Tai Chi and Reiki had been part of my life for a long time. When I finally started doing Qi Gong in 2006, it was as if everything else had prepared me for it.

The gentleness and simplicity of the Qi Gong exercises, the unhindered focus on the essential and the slowness of the movements completely won me over from the very beginning and I knew immediately that it would become something more: That same year I began training as a certified Qi Gong teacher at the Institute for Psychosomatics and Qi Gong in Baar with Susanne Weber, Master Li Zhi-Chang and Master Chen Yongzhi. After successfully completing my training with Master Li, I regularly attended further training courses with him.

Since then I have learned more wonderful Qi Gong exercises from Steven Washington and received a lot of inspiration in courses with Lee Harris.

Using Qi Gong and other gentle exercises to support my clients in calming their body and mind, and at the same time creating a space in which they can find stillness and a deep connection to themselves gives me great pleasure.
