About Me

I am a certified Qi Gong teacher with a passion for supporting people in cultivating peace, balance, and inner connection. Throughout my professional life, teaching has been a constant thread. It began with teaching languages — English and German — and later, after completing my studies at the music conservatories in Zurich and Winterthur, I taught music at elementary schools. Today, I focus fully on teaching Qi Gong and Stillness.

Long before Qi Gong entered my life, I intuitively sensed that it would one day become central to me. For many years, energy work in various forms — including meditation, yoga, Tai Chi, and Reiki — was already an integral part of my daily life. When I began practising Qi Gong in 2006, it felt as though all my previous experiences had gently prepared me for this path.

From the very beginning, I was deeply moved by the gentleness and simplicity of Qi Gong exercises, the clear focus on what is essential, and the slow, flowing quality of the movements. I immediately knew that Qi Gong would become more than a personal practice. That same year, I began my training as a certified Qi Gong teacher at the Institute for Psychosomatics and Qi Gong in Baar with Susanne Weber, Master Li Zhi-Chang, and Master Chen Yongzhi. After completing my training with Master Li, I continued to attend his advanced Qi Gong courses on a regular basis.

Over the years, I have also deepened my practice by learning additional Qi Gong forms, for instance with Steven Washington, and gained valuable inspiration from courses with Lee Harris.

Supporting my clients through Qi Gong and other gentle practices in allowing body and mind to settle into calm, while at the same time creating a space where stillness and a deep connection with oneself can naturally arise, lies at the heart of my work — and is a great joy for me.
