Claudia Liebmann, based in Zurich, Switzerland, takes the protection of your personal data very seriously. All data is processed on the basis of the statutory provisions (GDPR, TKG 2003). 5.3. In the “Blog” section, users have the option of sharing a post. This means that Claudia Liebmann provides the functions of the individual services. Sharing calls up the user’s profile on the relevant service. Claudia Liebmann has neither influence nor knowledge of the data transmitted during this process and its use.
6th Newsletter
6.1. You have the option of subscribing to a newsletter via a registration form on the website. We will ask for your e-mail address and your declaration of consent.
6.2. As soon as you have registered for the newsletter, you will receive an e-mail with a confirmation link (double opt-in) for your security in order to prevent misuse of your e-mail address for registration.
6.3 The newsletter is sent via the mailing service provider MailPoet of Aut O’Mattic A8C Ireland Ltd, Grand Canal Dock, 25 Herbert Pl, Dublin, D02 AY86, Ireland, hereinafter referred to as “mailing service provider”. 6.4. The mailing service provider does not pass on the data of my newsletter recipients to third parties and does not use them itself to establish contact, but may use the data – without allocation to the user – to optimize the service, for technical optimization or for statistical purposes.
6.5. A small file, the so-called “web-beacon”, is retrieved when the newsletter is opened. For statistical purposes, information such as browser and system, IP address and time of access and opening of the newsletter and the links that are accessed are collected in order to improve technical functionality and to adapt the content of the newsletter to reader interest.

Claudia Liebmann stores personal data for the purpose of responding to your messages, if necessary to comply with the statutory and tax retention period. Stored data will be deleted after the legal deadlines have expired. Data that is only subject to the legal retention period is stored securely in accordance with legal requirements.
