My Classes

During my Qi Gong lessons, it is important to me to create a counterbalance to the hectic, mostly performance-oriented everyday life. My approach is: “less is more”. My focus is not on practicing perfectly, but rather on creating a space in which relaxation and stillness can occur and in which we can simply enjoy Qi Gong.

No prior knowledge is required. Due to its gentleness, Qi Gong can be learned by everyone, from young to old. Even physical limitations are no obstacle: the exercises are individually adaptable.

In addition to dynamic and Still Qi Gong, I like to integrate other wonderful exercises into my lessons as required, which gently help us to relax and experience stillness. They are a perfect complement to Qi Gong.
