For beginners and people with a little experience. We practice standing up, sitting and lying down. The exercises can be adapted. For example, if standing is difficult, you can practice sitting down etc.

Thursdays, 7 – 8pm
Qi Gong & Stillness
online (Zoom)

This course is suitable for those who are already a bit experienced in Qi Gong and meditation and enjoy practicing for an hour without much interruption. We practice standing up, sitting and lying down. The exercises can be adapted and are therefore suitable for everyone.
