WEEKLY CLASSES FOR GROUPS:

Qi Gong & Stillness – for beginners and people with some experience

The class consists of both dynamic and Still Qi Gong – we practice in standing, sitting, and lying positions. All exercises can be individually adapted in case of physical limitations: for example, if standing is difficult, the practice can be done sitting; arm movements can be made smaller or slightly adjusted etc.

Group courses (60 min):

This course is designed for those who already have some experience with Qi Gong and/or meditation and enjoy practicing continuously for an hour without many interruptions. We practice both dynamic and Still Qi Gong – in standing, sitting, and lying positions. The exercises can be easily adapted in case of physical limitations and are therefore suitable for everyone.

Group courses (60 min):

Subscription of 10: Fr. 330.-

Online one-on-one Qi Gong lessons offer a personal space
for your individual practice.

Each session is thoughtfully tailored to your needs and meets you exactly where you are — physically and mentally. Whether you are seeking support, recovery, grounding, or a deeper experience of Stillness, the practice unfolds at your own pace, gently helping you return to yourself and build quiet strength for whatever is present in your life.

PRIVATE LESSONS (60min):
Single lesson: Fr. 130.- (price reduction for subscriptions)
Trial private lesson (50min): Fr. 50.-

Booked private lessons must be canceled 24 hours in advance, otherwise they will be fully charged.

Having worked in administrative roles alongside my teaching for many years — at the Opera House in Zurich, in life insurance, and at an NGO offering legal advice to refugees — I know first-hand how demanding office life can be. Deadlines, responsibility, constant availability, and the pressure to perform: all of this takes energy. Today, workplace stress has become even more intense. Burnout prevention, stress management, and genuine care for employee wellbeing are no longer luxuries — they are essential elements of a healthy and sustainable work environment.

Qi Gong & Stillness at the office offers a simple, practical, and sustainable approach to corporate wellness. Through gentle movements, guided awareness, and short stillness practices, employees learn how to:
