Qi Gong\u2019s gentle nature makes it accessible to people of all ages. Physical limitations are no obstacle; the exercises are adaptable and can be tailored to individual needs.<\/p>\n<p>Alongside dynamic and Still Qi Gong, additional carefully selected exercises are integrated into my lessons as needed. They gently support us in coming to rest and experiencing <em>Stillness<\/em> \u2014 enriching and completing our Qi Gong practice.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><div class=\"fusion-layout-column
