Cultivating Body, Mind, and Life Energy<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Qi Gong is an ancient Chinese practice for cultivating body and mind, rooted in thousands of years of tradition.<br \/>\nIn Chinese philosophy, \u201cQi\u201d refers to the universal life energy, while \u201eGong\u201d means practice, ability, or skill.<br \/>\nQi Gong can therefore be translated as \u201ccontinuous work with Qi\u201d or \u201cthe care and cultivation of life energy.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Qi Gong is one of the foundational pillars of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) and is deeply rooted in its holistic understanding of health and prevention.<\/p>\n<p><strong>The Benefits of Qi Gong<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The balancing and energizing effects of Qi Gong can often be felt from the very first moment.<br \/>\nIt calms the mind, releases tension, and restores inner strength for everyday life.<br \/>\nWith regular Qi Gong practice, the body and mind become more balanced and resilient. The exercises strengthen the entire organism, support the immune system, and promote overall health and well-being.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><div class=\"fusion-layout-column Gong<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>There are many different forms and directions within Qi Gong, offering a wide variety of health-preserving and health-promoting exercises.<br \/>\nQi Gong can be practised while standing, sitting, or lying down \u2013 making it accessible to people of all ages and physical conditions.<\/p>\n<p>I teach several styles of <strong>dynamic Qi Gong<\/strong>, such as Medical Qi Gong or Tai Chi Qi Gong, as well as <strong>Still Qi Gong<\/strong> (Yi Qi Gong).<br \/>\nIn Still Qi Gong, which is especially close to my heart, we move very little or not at all and guide the flow of Qi primarily through awareness, attention and our imagination.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Learning Qi Gong<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Whether you seek relaxation, renewed energy, or greater well-being, Qi Gong
